Educational Qualification
- Kisi bhi recognized university se Graduation hona zaroori hai.
- Jo students graduation ke Final Year/Semester me hain, woh bhi provisionally apply kar sakte hain, baqi unhe interview ke waqt 30.09.2026 tak pass hone ka proof submit karna hoga.
Age Limit
- Candidate ki umar 21 saal se kam aur 30 saal se zyada nahi honi chahiye.
- SC/ST candidates ko 5 saal aur OBC candidates ko 3 saal ki upper age relaxation milti hai.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
SBI PO ka selection total 3 Phases me divided hota hai
Phase-I: Preliminary Exam
Yeh 100 marks ka online objective test hota hai jisme koi sectional cut-off nahi hota. Isme English Language (40 Qs), Quantitative Aptitude (30 Qs), aur Reasoning Ability (30 Qs) pucha jata hai.
Phase-II: Main Exam
Isme 200 marks ka objective test hota hai aur uske turant baad 30 marks ka online descriptive test (Email, Situation Analysis, aur Report/Precis Writing) hota hai. Dono objective tests me wrong answer par 1/4th marks ki negative marking hoti hai.
Phase-III: Final Round
Mains clear karne wale candidates ka Psychometric Test hota hai. Iske baad Group Exercise (20 marks) aur Personal Interview (30 marks) conduct kiya jata hai.
Salary, Perks & Service Bond
SBI PO ki post banking industry me sabse lucrative maani jaati hai kyunki yeh aapko fast-track career progression aur shandar lifestyle deti hai.
- Basic Pay & Allowances: Iska starting basic pay ₹48,480/- hai (4 advance increments ke sath). Iske alawa DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Medical facility, aur Lease rental facility milti hai.
- Annual CTC: Mumbai jaise metro city me initial scale par iska approximate CTC ₹21.97 Lakhs per annum tak jata hai.
- Service Bond: Join karte waqt candidates ko ₹2.00 Lakhs ka service bond bharna hoga jisme 3 saal tak bank ko serve karna compulsory hai. Isme 2 saal ka probation period hota hai.
