Documents
Online form bharte waqt aapko sabhi relevant certificates ki legible, self-attested scanned copies upload karni hongi. Certificates ka format PDF hona chahiye aur file size 50 KB se 200 KB ke beech hona chahiye:
- 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate: Proof of date of birth aur educational qualification ke liye.
- Consolidated ITI Mark Sheet: Sabhi semesters ki combined mark sheet.
- National Trade Certificate: NCVT ya SCVT dwara jaari kiya gaya trade certificate.
- Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC candidates ke liye Central Government ke format me jaari certificate. OBC candidates ka Non-Creamy Layer certificate 01/04/2026 ko ya uske baad ka bana hona chahiye.
- EWS Certificate: Economically Weaker Section ke candidates ke liye Income & Asset Certificate. Family ki gross annual income ₹8 Lakh se kam honi chahiye.
- Disability / Discharge Certificate: PwBD ya Ex-Servicemen quota ka labh lene ke liye.
Signature & Photo
- Photograph: Hal hi me kheenchi gayi colour photo (not older than 1 month), jiska size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm ho, JPG/JPEG format me, aur file size 20 KB se 70 KB ho. Bina cap aur sunglasses ke clear front view hona chahiye.
- Signature: Running letters me kiya gaya signature (Block/Capital letters me kiya gaya signature reject ho jaayega). Size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, aur file size 20 KB se 30 KB ke beech hona chahiye.
Training Period & Stipend
- Training Duration: Selected candidates ko 01 year ki compulsory apprenticeship training lena hoga.
- Stipend Amount: Training ke dauran aapko State Government aur Railway Board ke instructions ke mutabik har mahine taye niyamit dar par stipend diya jaayega.
- Hostel Facility: Railway dwara koi hostel accommodation ya rehne ki jagah nahi di jaayegi. Candidates ko training ke dauran apne rehne aur khane ka intezam khud karna hoga.

- Apne Basic details (Name, Father's Name, DOB, Aadhaar Number, Active Mobile Number, aur Email ID) daal kar registration process ko complete karein.
- Aapke mobile/email par mile login credentials se portal par sign-in karein.
- Form me apni educational qualification, ITI marks aur division/workshop ke preferences ko dhyan se select karein.
- Sabhi mandatory documents jaise 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate aur caste certificate ko prescribed size me upload karein.
- General, OBC aur EWS candidates ₹100 ki application fee online pay karein.
- Form ko ek baar final submit karne se pahle ache se preview karke check kar lein, kyunki submission ke baad koi edit/change nahi ho sakega.
- Final submission ke baad application form ka ek printout nikal kar apne paas secure rakh lein, kyunki Document Verification ke samay iski jaroorat padegi.
