Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, your main responsibility is to handle customer queries and provide proper solutions through calls, chat, or email.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
  • Maintain customer records and interaction details
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Educational Qualification:

  • 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate
