Job Responsibilities

As a Front Office Executive or Tele Caller, your main duties will include:

Tele Calling Tasks

  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Handling inbound customer calls
  • Explaining services/products to clients
  • Resolving basic customer queries

Front Office Tasks

  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining records and basic data entry

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of computers is required

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Odia preferred)
