Job Responsibilities
As a Front Office Executive or Tele Caller, your main duties will include:
Tele Calling Tasks
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Explaining services/products to clients
- Resolving basic customer queries
Front Office Tasks
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records and basic data entry
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of computers is required
Required Skills
