Technician Grade I
- Initial Pay: Rs. 29,200/-
- Age Limit: 18 se 33 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, ya Instrumentation. Ya fir inhi streams me 3 years ka Engineering Diploma ya B.E./B.Tech Degree.
- Job Profile: Inka kaam railway ke advanced automatic signaling systems, router configuration, network installation aur train protection systems ko maintain aur monitor karna hota hai.
Electrical Department Grade III
- Technician Grade III Diesel Electrical: Diesel engines aur locomotives ke electrical setups aur control panels ki maintenance.
- Technician Grade III Electrical / TRS: TRS ka matlab hota hai Traction Rolling Stock. Inka kaam electric locomotives aur unke electrical assemblies par hota hai.
- Technician Grade III Electrical (GS): GS yani General Services. Railway stations, residential quarters, aur coach ki fan/light fittings isme aati hain.
- Technician Grade III Electrical (TRD): Traction Distribution department railways ke overhead lines (OHE) ko manage karta hai jisse electric trains chalti hain.
- Technician Grade III EMU: Electric Multiple Unit trains (local passenger trains) ki maintenance sheds me electrical checking.
- Technician Grade III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: AC coaches aur server rooms ke air conditioning plants ki repair aur maintenance.
- Eligibility for All Electrical Posts: 10th pass ke saath-saath Electrician, Wireman, Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic Power Electronics, ya related trades me ITI ya Course Completed Act Apprenticeship hona mandatory hai.
Mechanical Department Grade III
- Technician Grade III Carriage and Wagon: Iska kaam passenger coaches aur goods wagons ke wheels, brakes, aur structural safety ko ensure karna hota hai.
- Technician Grade III Diesel Mechanical: Diesel engines ke mechanical internal components (pistons, fuel pumps, valves) ki servicing aur replacement.
- Technician Grade III Fitter (Open Line / Workshop): Pure mechanical parts ka assembly, alignment, aur repair work.
- Technician Grade III Welder (Open Line / Workshop): Railway tracks, bogies, aur metallic structures par welding ka kaam.
- Workshop Specials (Machinist, Carpenter, Painter, Trimmer): Inka kaam structural construction, repair work, and finishing touch dena hota hai workshops ke andar.
- Eligibility for Mechanical Posts: 10th pass + ITI Certificate in Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, ya Carpenter trades.
Engineering Department Grade III
- Technician Grade III Track Machine: Railways ke paas badi automatic track machines hoti hain jo tracks ko repair aur pack karti hain. Inhe operate aur maintain karne ka kaam inka hota hai.
- Technician Grade III Blacksmith: Permanent Way me rahte hue blacksmithing, manual forging, aur structural joints par kaam karna.
- Technician Grade III Bridge: Steel aur concrete se bane railway bridges ki heavy maintenance aur fabrications.
- Eligibility: Matriculation ke saath ITI in Fitter, Welder, Blacksmith, ya related designated technical trades.
Signal & Telecommunication Department Grade III
- Technician Grade III: Is single category me pehle ke Signal aur Telecommunication posts ko merge kar diya gaya hai. Inka kaam stations par lage local networks, telephone lines, aur track circuits par dhyan dena hota hai.
- Eligibility: 10th pass + ITI in Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Wireman ya Information Technology.
Selection Process Aur Exam Pattern
RRB Technician banne ke liye ek crystal-clear aur merit-based process follow kiya jata hai. Selection me mukhyatah teen charan (stages) hote hain
- Computer Based Test: Yeh ek hi objective test hoga, par dhyan rahe ki Level 5 aur Level 2 ke liye alag-alag CBT conduct kiye jayenge.
- Document Verification: CBT ke marks ke adhar par 1:1 ratio me candidates ko bulaya jayega.
- Medical Examination: Har post ke hisab se ek Medical Standard (A3, B1, B2, C1) hota hai jise paas karna zaroori hai.
Salary aur Allowances
- Technician Grade I: Initial basic salary Rs. 29,200/- hoti hai. Isme Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, aur Transport Allowance jodkar starting salary lagbhg Rs. 45,000+ ban jaati hai.
- Technician Grade III: Initial basic salary Rs. 19,900/- se shuru hoti hai. Total allowances ke saath in-hand lagbhag Rs. 30,000+ milti hai. Iske alawa, medical facilities, free railway passes, aur career promotions (jaise Senior Technician aur Junior Engineer) ka pura scope hota hai.
