- Part-II (Practical): Computer Science Test (100 Marks | 1 Hour)
- Part-III (Interview): Viva-Voce (45 Marks)
Syllabus Details:
- English: Essay writing (30 marks), Letter/Application (20 marks), Odia to English translation (15 marks), English to Odia translation (15 marks), and Summary writing (20 marks).
- Arithmetic: Fractions, Decimals, HCF & LCM, Simple & Compound Interest, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Mixtures, Partnership, Average, Time & Work, and Time & Distance.
- General Knowledge: Current affairs, everyday observations, and general awareness.
- Computer Test: Paragraph formatting, inserting tables, print/save functions, file transfer, internet browsing, downloading emails, and accounting programs.
Category B: Junior Typist
- Part-I (Written Test): English - Qualifying only (100 Marks | 2 Hours)
- Part-II (Skill Test): Typewriting Test on Computer (50 Marks | 10 Minutes)
- Part-III (Practical): Computer Science Test (100 Marks | 1 Hour)
- Part-IV (Interview): Viva-Voce (35 Marks)
Syllabus Details:
- English: Same syllabus as the Junior Clerk post (+3 graduation standard).
- Typewriting Test: You will be given an English passage of 400 words. You must type it on a computer at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. (Note: 0.125 marks will be deducted for every mistake like wrong spelling, punctuation, or missing words).
- Computer Test: Paragraph formatting, tables, web browsing, and e-mail management.
Category C: Salaried Amin

- Arithmetic & English: Based on the Matriculation (10th) standard syllabus.
- Technical Knowledge: Theoretical concepts of land survey and settlement systems.
- Odia Handwriting: Writing a specific Odia passage to test handwriting neatness.
- Practical Test: Real-world field measurements and land survey techniques.
Documents
- Educational Certificates: 10th, +2, and +3 Marksheets & Certificates (as applicable per post).
- Technical Certificates: DCA Certificate (for Clerk/Typist) OR Typewriting Certificate (for Typist) OR Revenue Inspector Training Certificate (for Amin).
- Caste Certificate: For SC, ST, and SEBC candidates to claim reservation benefits.
- Photos: 4 recent passport-size photographs (one pasted on the form, others attached).
- Envelopes: Two self-addressed envelopes with a Rs. 56 postal stamp affixed on each.
- Character Certificates: Two original character certificates from two different Gazetted Officers, Medical Practitioners, or Sarpanch.
- Other Declarations: Marital status declaration and a declaration stating no criminal cases are pending against you.
