Job Responsibilities
As a CDE, your main role will be to manage and develop the turmeric cluster. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Work
- Oversee project implementation (training, infrastructure, etc.)
- Coordinate with different agencies
Management Role
- Build market linkages for turmeric products
- Support branding like “Kandhamal Haldi”
- Handle financial monitoring of the project
Communication
- Work closely with farmers and stakeholders
- Conduct meetings and resolve issues
