BEML Recruitment 2026: Junior Executive Vacancies for Engineers

BEML is looking for young, career-oriented professionals for its Bangalore Complex. The positions are divided into two categories: One-Year and Four-Year contract tenures

Available Positions & Vacancies

The vacancies are distributed across several engineering disciplines:

• Junior Executive (Mechanical/Production/Industrial): 25 vacancies (4-year) and 6 vacancies (1-year).

• Junior Executive (Electrical): 27 vacancies (4-year) and 6 vacancies (1-year).

• Junior Executive (Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation): 10 vacancies (4-year) and 4 vacancies (1-year)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/B.Tech with an aggregate of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in relevant branches.

• Upper Age Limit: 29 years as of April 7, 2026.

  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and up to 10-15 years for PwD candidates.

• Experience: * 4-Year Tenure: 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• 1-Year Tenure: Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Selection Process

The selection method differs based on the tenure you choose:

1. For 1-Year Tenure: Selection is based solely on the average marks obtained in your qualifying degree.

2. For 4-Year Tenure: Selection involves a 1-hour Written Test (60 MCQs) followed by document verification.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay that increases annually over the 4-year period:

• 1st Year: ₹35,000

• 2nd Year: ₹37,500

• 3rd Year: ₹40,000

• 4th Year: ₹43,000
